Add rum to condensed milk and mix well.

Beat the light cream until stiff.

First take some of it and mix it evenly with the condensed milk.

Then mix in all the rest and mix well.

Divide into three parts and add chocolate beans, honey red beans and dried cranberries respectively. (You can also add matcha powder and cocoa powder for seasoning. If you want the original flavor, you can omit these.)

Pack into freezer boxes or ice cream molds.
