I have a heart-shaped mold at home, and I happened to see a love heart biscuit at that time, so I also made this love heart red bean cake. It's beautiful, give it to your family and friends, it's fragrant and sweet. There is also healthy and delicious red bean paste. According to traditional Chinese medicine, red beans are sweet, sour, flat and non-toxic. They have the effect of resolving dampness and replenishing the spleen. They are more suitable for people with weak spleen and stomach. They are often used in diet therapy for hypertension, atherosclerosis, edema caused by various reasons, as well as for cooling, detoxifying, and stomach strengthening.
