-
Use a rolling pin to crush the flour;
-
Cook the vermicelli in the pot, take it out and let it cool, then cut it into 2-3cm lengths with a knife;
-
After cooking the meat at home, heat the broth a little, but don’t make it too hot;
-
Cut onions and ginger into small pieces and set aside;
-
After preparing the above materials, prepare a basin, first put the vermicelli in, pour hot oil over it, then add broth (add salt and MSG to the broth), minced green onion and ginger, add an appropriate amount of noodles, and mix the vermicelli and noodles together thoroughly (too much noodles will make the fried meatballs dead, too much noodles will make the fried balls unable to form, and the viscosity should be neither thin nor hard);
-
Put the vegetable oil in the pot, heat it up and then reduce the heat to low. Knead the vermicelli wrapped in flour into small balls and put them in the oil pot. Fry until crispy and thoroughly fried.
