Add 100 grams of corn flour to 100 grams of freshly boiled water, mix well, cover with plastic wrap (to prevent drying), and wait to cool.

Add 200 grams of flour, one egg (about 50 grams), 20 grams of white sugar, 3 grams of yeast, and 35 grams of cold water.

Knead into a smooth dough. (Knead 100 times)

Divide evenly into eight portions, roll into long strips, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for ten minutes.

Take a piece of dough, sprinkle enough flour on the cutting board, and roll it into a coconut shape.

Brush the middle part with a thin layer of oil and cut diagonally in the middle with a cutter.

Fold in half.

Roll up from bottom to top.

Glue the tail with water. Once done, arrange the flowers.

Place in a steamer and ferment until doubled in size.
