Cabbage and Taro Soup
Overview
Every year during the taro season, I like to cook soup with taro and cabbage. The soup not only has the fragrance of taro, but also has some taro starch that is either melted in the soup or wrapped in cabbage leaves. When you eat the noodles, you still have the sweet taste of cabbage.
