Fresh aged tofu is paired with delicious spicy sauce, simply cooked with coriander and chives, and is a gourmet dish that goes perfectly with rice.

Cut cilantro into sections.

Chop chives.

Cut tofu into cubes.

Just the right amount of spicy sauce.

Heat oil in a pot, add tofu and fry for about three minutes. Add two small spoons of chili sauce, stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of water, simmer for a while to reduce the juice.

Remove from the pan and serve on a plate, sprinkle with chives and coriander and serve.
