Wash the chicken and set aside.

Wash and cut the green onions into sections, wash and pat the ginger into loose pieces, add the peppercorns, and put the aniseed into the Wei Bao.

Put the chicken into the pot, add water to cover the chicken, add onions, ginger, peppercorns, and rice wine.

Remove the foam after the water boils.

Cover and cook for 8~10 minutes. The time depends on the size of the chicken.

Just pierce it with chopsticks.

Turn off the heat, cover and simmer until no longer hot, take out.

After cooling, chop the chicken into small pieces.

Put the chicken pieces into a container, add the marinade and soak for 2 hours before eating.

If you can't finish it, you can put it in the refrigerator together with the marinade.
