Stir-fried pig ears with chive flowers
Overview
Pig ears are my baby’s favorite. The cut ears are topped with emerald green chive flowers, white garlic, bright red chili peppers, and some light and dark soy sauce. The soft and waxy meat is wrapped around the crispy bones. It’s hard not to think it’s delicious!
