Wash the pork belly, put it in a pot and blanch it in water until it is tender, take it out and wash it. Wash and cut garlic sprouts into sections.

Mince ginger and pepper, slice pork belly and set aside.

Clean and heat the pot, add a little cooking oil, then add the pork belly and fry until slightly brown.

Add Pixian bean paste, minced ginger and chili pepper, stir-fry evenly.

Add garlic and stir-fry evenly.

After about 30 seconds, add a little salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly before serving.

It’s also good as an appetizer.
