Sift the powder and milk powder

Beat the egg whites➕sugar➕lemon juice (or vinegar) with a whisk (I find it too troublesome to add the sugar all at once)

Whipped into small sharp corners

Add milk powder and baking powder and mix well

Put it into a piping bag (you don’t need to add coloring if you don’t like it)

Squeeze

Preheat the oven to 100 degrees and put it in the middle rack of the oven for about 40 minutes

Let cool for 2-3 minutes, then seal in jars
