Ingredients: cucumber, carrot, sweet bell pepper, meat floss, egg, rice, seaweed (I forgot to take a photo of the rice and seaweed).

First cut the cucumbers, carrots, and sweet bell peppers into long thin strips.

Grease the pan with a thin layer of oil and spread the eggs into a thin pancake.

Use white vinegar and white sugar to make sushi vinegar (ratio 10:1)

Mix the prepared sushi vinegar into the rice (let the steamed rice cool before mixing).

Spread the sushi seaweed on the sushi curtain, and spread a layer of rice on top (leave a 2cm long area on one side of the seaweed without spreading rice).

Place the omelette (half), cucumber strips, carrot shreds, sweet bell pepper shreds, and meat floss in sequence.

Roll up.

Slice (be sure to dip the knife in some water when cutting, so that it can be cut easily. Cut into two slices, wash the knife, dip in some water, and cut again).

When serving, you can choose salad dressing, ketchup or mustard according to your preference.
