Danish Toast Bread
Overview
Danishtoast Danish Toast I made into a small style of bread. Since the toast bread molds at home cannot be prepared as well as in the store, I made use of the existing conditions to make a small style of toast. I have written a bean paste recipe before for Danish dough, so the basic ingredients and methods of the dough are the same, but the shape is different.

Put the main ingredients into the bread machine and knead the dough for 15 minutes, add salt, then add butter and knead the dough for 15 minutes

Carry out the first fermentation for 50 minutes

After rolling it out, place it in the refrigerator for half an hour

Roll the butter into a rectangular shape

Wrap into the middle of one third

After making the first three-fold, roll it out into a rectangular shape

Make the second 30% discount

After the second third fold, let it sit for half an hour or put it in the refrigerator

After the third fold, roll it out to a thickness of 1.5cm

Cut into 2cm wide

The two ends turn in the opposite direction and return to

Place in the oven for the second fermentation for 50 minutes

After fermentation is complete, apply egg wash and brush some almonds

Preheat the oven to an upper temperature of 170 degrees and a lower temperature of 190 degrees, and bake for about 22 minutes
