Steps

  1. Wash the apricots, cut into pieces, sprinkle with sugar and pickle

  2. Marinate overnight and set aside.

  3. Using a clay press, crush the pickled apricot pieces and set aside.

  4. Pour into a non-stick pan and heat, bring to a boil over high heat first, then reduce to low heat and simmer for an hour and a half, until the jam becomes transparent and thick.
