Yogurt oil-free cake
Overview
During the Spring Festival, you eat too much greasy fish and meat, and you eat too many snacks that are high in oil and sugar. You might as well make an oil-free yogurt cake, which will not be a heavy burden.

Separate egg whites and egg yolks. Add the egg yolks one by one to the yogurt and mix well

Sift in the flour and mix well

Add white vinegar to egg whites, add sugar in 3 batches and beat until stiff peaks

Scoop 1/3 of the egg white into the egg yolk paste, and stir evenly

Pour back into the remaining egg whites and mix well

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees in advance, put water in the bottom baking pan, and place the mold in the middle layer. Bake at 160 degrees for about 45 minutes
