grams each of black beans, black rice, black sesame seeds, and red beans, 3 red dates (for one person)

Soak them all in cold water for half an hour

Do not use the soaked water and remove the pits from the red dates

Pour into a food processor and add appropriate amount of mineral water to grind (if you like it thinner, add more water; if you like it thicker, add less water)

Strain, remove the residue, pour into a casserole, bring to a boil, and cook for a while (the residue can be cooked together according to personal preference, but the cooking time should be longer)

This bean paste is easy to make. If it is thick, it can be used for breakfast, and if it is thin, it can be used as soy milk
