Black Pepper Chicken Pizza
Overview
My daughter didn't like pizza before, but after she invited her good friends to eat at a pizza shop on her birthday, her taste suddenly changed and she fell madly in love with pizza. In order to satisfy this foodie, I had to prepare all the pizza ingredients again so that I could meet her requests at any time. The ingredients I bought were all good brand names, and they were worth the extravagant ingredients. The taste was no worse than takeout, and you could eat with more confidence. If you like baking, you must be like me and have bought various molds. So how to prevent these molds from pressing on the bottom of the box? Then use your brain and use the mold flexibly. I made this black pepper chicken pizza today just to congratulate my newly acquired Uno Chrysanthemum Pie Plate. Unexpectedly, the effect was surprisingly good. Not only is the live bottom easy to remove from the mold, but the baked pizza crust is thin and crispy. This is the effect I have always wanted. Haha, I am so happy.

Clean and debone the chicken legs and cut them into small pieces. Add black pepper, salt, sugar and cooking wine and marinate for 1 hour to add flavor.

Prepare the pizza dough ingredients.
-
Pour the flour, sugar, etc. onto the kneading mat, make a well in the middle, and pour in the water and yeast mixture.

Knead into a smooth dough and add olive oil.
-
Continue kneading until the dough can pull out a thin film
-
After kneading into a ball, place it in a container, cover with plastic wrap, and let it warm for fermentation.
-
Take advantage of the fermentation time to make other preparations. First spread the marinated chicken thighs flat on the baking sheet.

-
Take out the fermented dough.
-
After the dough is kneaded and deflated, divide it into two parts, roll it into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-
Take one portion of the dough and roll it into a round cake shape.
-
Spread a layer of butter evenly on the entire pie plate, spread the rolled out round cake on the pie plate, press it with the palm of your hand to make the dough and the mold completely fit, and use a fork to make some small holes in the dough.

Spread pizza sauce evenly.
