Shrimp and vegetable dumplings
Overview
Before there was a noodle machine, it would always take me a long time to make dumplings because I was not very good at rolling out dumpling wrappers. Now that I have a noodle machine, making dumplings is a lot easier. Add in the chili sauce made by my sister and make it with the dumplings made by myself. It is a perfect match!

Put flour and water into the noodle machine, start the dough mixing function, and wait for more than half an hour after mixing.

Wash the river shrimp.

Peel the river shrimp into shrimp and set aside.

Wash the hind leg meat and chop into mince.

Add the minced meat into salt, cooking wine, green onions and a little water and mix well.

Add the shrimp and continue to stir evenly.

Wash the green vegetables and blanch them in water. Cut the blanched vegetables into fine pieces.

Add finely chopped greens to the minced meat.

Mix well and the dumpling filling is ready.

After standing still for half an hour, the noodle machine starts the automatic noodle making function. The dumpling skin comes out.

Use the mold to press out the dumpling skin.
