Steam the pumpkin and mash it while it's hot.

Add flour and yeast.

Mix into a dough and knead the dough smooth.

Cover and ferment until doubled in size.

Take out the dough, deflate and knead until smooth. Roll the dough into a rectangular shape.

Brush a layer of peanut oil on the surface.

Roll up the short side and cut into 2cm wide pieces.

Stack the two ingredients together and press the middle with chopsticks.

Pinch one end with each hand, twist it 180 degrees in opposite directions, and connect end to end. Place corn leaves on top for secondary fermentation. After the second round, turn on the fire and turn to medium heat for 15 minutes.
