Slice the meat, add cornstarch, garlic, soy sauce, and peanut oil to marinate for a while, slice the carrots, mince the garlic and set aside;

Preheat the oil in the pan, add more oil, because carrots consume oil. After the pot is hot, add carrots and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add water (just enough water to cover the radish). Cover the pot and simmer for ten minutes;
