Add minced scallions to the minced meat, add an appropriate amount of salt, pepper, sesame oil, light soy sauce, chicken essence, and cooking wine, then beat in an egg white and mix

Beat the yolks of 6 eggs, add appropriate amount of salt and cornstarch, and mix

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, then pour a quarter of the beaten eggs and fry until both sides are cooked naturally

Put it on a plate and spread the marinated minced meat evenly on top of the eggs

Put into the steamer, steam over high heat for 20 minutes and it is ready to serve
