Overview
It’s getting cold, so I just want to eat some soup to warm my stomach. Today I made red oil wonton noodles, which are spicy and fragrant. They taste so good that one bowl is not enough😄.

Ingredients: prepare wonton wrappers and wonton filling (add an egg, white pepper, salt, rice wine, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the pork filling and mix well).

Wrapped wontons, wet noodles.

Bring a pot to a boil, add wet noodles and wontons, and add some green vegetables.

Add minced green garlic, lard, white pepper, light soy sauce, sesame oil, Sichuan red oil chili pepper, and a little Zhenjiang balsamic vinegar to the bowl to add flavor.
