Brown sugar glutinous rice cake
Overview
When I was a kid, when the rice was harvested in the countryside, adults would use glutinous rice to make various foods, such as making wine with glutinous rice, pounding mochi, and glutinous rice. Children’s favorite is this brown sugar and sesame glutinous rice cake, which is sweet and soft, leaving people with endless aftertaste!
