Blueberry Egg Tart
Overview
As a newbie in baking, this is my first time trying this egg tart. Although the shape is average, it tastes really good. Keep up the good work.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the raw materials: sugar, milk, whipping cream, and egg tart crust (I didn’t see ready-made egg tart crusts abroad, so I had to buy meringue instead)
-
Divide the pastry into nine small portions and make them into egg tart shapes according to the baking pan mold
-
Pour milk + sugar into a large bowl, stir until the sugar melts, add light cream and stir evenly, then add 4 egg yolks and 1 whole egg liquid.
-
Stir until completely combined.
-
Sieve the egg tart liquid
-
Pour the egg tart liquid into the tart shell separately, until it is seven-quarter full.
-
Place three freshly washed blueberries into each dish.
-
Put the baking sheet into the oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes
-
After baking, let it cool for a while before eating
-
The pastry is crispy and tastes good
