Stir-fried beef with garlic sprouts
Overview
This is a special home-cooked dish. My family likes garlic sprouts better. As for meat, I still prefer beef. I usually like to add cumin and chili powder to stir-fried beef, and this time is no exception.

Prepare beef tenderloin, cut into shreds and set aside.

Add beer to shredded beef and stir.

Then add salt, soy sauce, and starch and mix well.
