Overview
Bean Paste Bread: 200g high-gluten flour, 110g milk, 3g yeast, 15g eggs, 8g milk powder, 2g salt, 20g butter, 30g sugar, 200g bean paste, a little white sesame seeds. Depp oven setting temperature: 173 degrees on quick heat, preheat for 10 minutes and bake for 12-15 minutes

Put all the dry ingredients in the formula into the mixing jar and mix slowly for 2 minutes

Add liquid ingredients, beat on slow speed until no dry powder is found, then change to fast speed.

When a rough film can be pulled out from the dough, change the machine to slow speed, add the butter that has been softened in advance, and beat until the butter is no longer visible, then change to fast speed;

Beat until the surface is smooth, and a transparent film like bubble gum can be pulled out of the dough;

Take out the dough and divide it into four equal portions, roll into balls and let rest for 15 minutes.

Flatten the dough into thin sheets and wrap 40-50g of bean paste in it.

Roll it out into a 20cm long sheet and make several cuts on one side without making any cuts.

Turn it over, with the knife edge facing down, roll it up into a strip, and pick up the other end with one section to form a ring shape.
