Peel lotus root and cut into pieces.

The plum pork is splashed with water to wash away the foam.

Mash the southern milk with the southern milk.

Add pork, mix well, and marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Put the lotus root and marinated pork into the electric pressure cooker and mix well.

Add rock sugar, salt and about 1/3 of the pot of water, cover the lid, and press the soup button to start cooking. (My taste is on the sweet side, so I use 30 grams of rock sugar. If you don’t like sweetness, reduce the amount.)
