Cut the washed raisins in half and remove the seeds.

Peel the washed kiwi fruit and cut into slices for later use.

Cut the chiffon cake in half horizontally.

Take off the top part and spread evenly with a good amount of buttercream with a spatula.

Cover the other part and pour in the remaining cream.

Spread the butter evenly onto the cake, smoothing on all sides.

Pour in the jam and spread evenly, allowing the jam to flow down naturally.

Use a spatula to cut into the bottom of the cake and lift the cake into a serving dish.

Get the look right.

Sprinkle with fruit.
