Wash the rice and soak it for half an hour

Wash and slice cured duck, bacon and sausages

Put the cured duck and rice into the casserole, cover with lid, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat.

When the water dries up, add bacon and sausage, continue to cook until the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and simmer for ten minutes.
