Mini Oatmeal and Red Date Steamed Buns
Overview
This steamed bun with oatmeal and red dates has a faint oatmeal aroma and the sweetness of red dates. It is very good as a breakfast staple and is very nutritious. Made into mini steamed buns, they can be eaten by children as snacks. If you want to get the graininess of red dates, you can cut them into cubes and knead them directly into the dough without breaking them, but the surface of the steamed buns may not be so smooth. The oatmeal used in the recipe is MyllynParas oatmeal from Finland.

Reserve raw materials.

Remove the pits from the red dates.
