【French Tiramisu】

Every Valentine's Day, tiramisu is indispensable, and only at this time can you eat this sweet dessert without any psychological burden. . . This year I tried a new recipe, referring to the French dessert recipe. It is a little different from what I made two years ago, and the taste is great ~ Ingredients: Cheese paste: 2 eggs (peeled about 110g), 15g caster sugar, 15ml Baileys, 150g mascarpone cheese, 80g light cream, 15g caster sugar (meringue) Coffee syrup: 5.4g pure coffee powder, 70ml boiling water, 20ml coffee wine, 20ml Baileys. Add 15g of fine sugar in portions to the egg whites and beat until wet peaks form

Add to the previous cheese paste in portions

Stir evenly to form the tiramisu cheese paste

Take a container and pour a little tiramisu cheese paste at the bottom

Take a finger biscuit and dip it in coffee syrup

Cut off an appropriate length and place it on the surface of the cheese paste in the cup
