Overview
Now that I am pregnant with a baby, I don’t know why I want to eat some of the special foods from my hometown. Taro cake is also one of the specialties! You don’t want to put too many ingredients when you’re pregnant with your baby

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel, wash and cut the taro into small pieces. Don’t make it too big to be cooked
-
Dice the pork belly. I like ham, so I add some and dice it as well. Chop the garlic and ginger and set aside
-
Heat a little oil in a pan and bring to a boil
-
Add pork belly and fry until oil comes out
-
The pork belly will be more fragrant if fried dry
-
Add garlic and ginger
-
Pour in the taro
-
Stir-fry the taro until it changes color and then add salt. Just add as much salt as there are vegetables
-
Finally add your favorite sausage crumbs
-
Stir-fry for a few times and then take it out of the pan. Add some green onions to accompany it. That’s it
-
This is rice flour
-
First add cold water and mix the powder into a paste. If there are no powder particles, it is considered to be mixed. Then add boiling water and mix evenly until it becomes as thin as after beating eggs and filtering them
-
Pour in the ingredients and mix evenly
-
There should be no water in the steaming tray. Pour some oil and apply it low
-
When pouring it into the steaming tray, stir it a few times before pouring it in. Then put it in the boiling water in the pot and steam it for ten minutes
-
OK! Prick the middle with a toothpick and the toothpick will be cooked. Take it out of the pan and start cooking!
