Homemade Tahini
Overview
I bought a wall breaking machine and used it to make sesame paste. Grind the fried sesame seeds first, then add some sesame oil. The finished product is very delicate and tastes very good. It’s just that I added a little too much sesame oil this time, making it a little thinner. I feel like it’s a great hot pot base. If you want it to be thicker, you can add less sesame oil. A friend tried it and found that using a relatively powerful mixer can produce the same effect. It’s just that the sesame paste made by the wall breaking machine is better integrated.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the fried white sesame seeds. (Roasted sesame seeds are available in supermarkets. If they are raw sesame seeds, they can be washed, dried and fried in a wok)
-
Add the wall breaker cooking cup. (or a high-power mixer)
-
Cover the cup and screw on the steam cap. Adjust the speed switch to maximum and activate the switch.
-
Grind all the sesame seeds until oil comes out. Since it is pure sesame, you have to pause for about half a minute every time it is started, otherwise the motor will be burned out. Juice soy milk does not have this problem.
-
Add appropriate amount of sesame oil. Adjust the speed switch to the minimum and activate the switch for about a minute.
-
You can adjust the amount of sesame oil added to the thickness of the sesame paste according to your preference.
