Cut potatoes, asparagus, and carrots into cubes, put oil in the pot, and sauté the onions. Add the chopped potatoes, asparagus and carrots, add some dark soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add just enough water to cover the vegetables. Bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Add three curry cubes, stir well after melting, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened and add some salt.
