Shuanglian double rice porridge
Overview
The two lotuses in Shuanglian Double Rice Porridge are lotus seeds and lotus roots. Double rice is glutinous rice and millet. Wash the lotus seeds and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes.

Put the lotus seeds, together with the water in which they are soaked, into the rice cooker. Add appropriate amount of water, put the inner pot into the rice cooker, cover it and turn on the rice cooker.

Prepare glutinous rice.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in cold water for 30 minutes.

After simmering the lotus seeds for 20 minutes, add the glutinous rice to the pot and simmer together.

Peel the lotus root, wash and cut into small pieces.

Put the glutinous rice into the pot and simmer for 10 minutes, then put the lotus roots into the pot and simmer at the same time.

Wash the millet and soak it in cold water for 10 minutes.
