Banana egg tart
Overview
It’s been a long time since I’ve had egg tarts, and my daughter is craving it again. There’s still one banana left at home, so I made this banana egg tart, which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It’s delicious.

Separate the yolk from the egg

Put the milk into the pot and boil

Melt the sugar

Pour in the evaporated milk and stir evenly, take it out and let it warm

Sift in the low-gluten flour and stir until there are no lumps

Filter twice to make tart water
