Stir-fried beef intestines with asparagus
Overview
Both Cat and LG like to eat beef offal. Sometimes they buy it raw and braise it at home, sometimes they buy it braised. Sometimes when they are too greedy, they go directly to the offal shop and order one. They sometimes come over for morning tea. In short, both of them love this bite. Today, Cat went to a familiar beef offal shop and bought a piece of beef intestine. It only needs to be stir-fried with some vegetables and it is already delicious. Quick meals are most suitable for office workers like us.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut braised beef intestine into small rings, cut asparagus and red pepper into diagonal sections, and slice garlic.
-
Heat the pot, add oil, sauté the garlic slices until fragrant, add the beef intestines and stir-fry.
-
The fried beef intestines are slightly yellowish, add the red pepper.
-
Add the asparagus to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
-
Put salt and sugar.
-
Use a little less oyster sauce to improve the freshness (not too much, in order to maintain the green color of the asparagus, try to use as little dark seasoning as possible.)
-
Before serving, thicken with a little cornstarch water.
-
Stir well over high heat and serve.
