Pour 10 grams of sunflower oil into an empty container, then add a large spoonful of batter (as shown in the picture, the spoon provided with the rice cooker) and stir with your hands.

Stir until the water and oil are emulsified and no oil blooms are visible.

Pour back into the batter, stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, I left it overnight.

Stir the refrigerated batter evenly and pour it into the batter bowl of the pancake machine. Prepare the plastic wrap and spread it on the table or a large plate to prepare the pie crust.

Power on the pizza machine and preheat it for about 2 minutes. Don't overheat it. Turn off the power, press the pizza machine into the batter, pause for a few seconds, pull up the pizza machine, place the batter side on the stand upwards, and turn on the power to heat. If there are holes, use a spatula or chopsticks to apply batter to fill them. When the edge of the pie crust turns white, you can use a spatula to gently remove it from the pancake machine. When the center of the pie crust has many bubbles or the color turns slightly white, you can lift off the pie crust.

Place the peeled cake skin on the plastic wrap, place one layer of cake skin and one layer of plastic wrap at intervals, and finally seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
