Stir-fried cress with bacon

Overview

Today I used Arowana rice oil to stir-fry a simple vegetable. I felt that the color of the dish stir-fried with rice oil was good, the oil smell was light, and there was less oil smoke when frying. It had a slight fragrance of rice, which made it refreshing and not greasy to eat. I also hope that the γ-oryzanol in it can bring more health. A rice contains only 5% of rice bran and rice embryo, and this 5% of rice bran and rice embryo contains 64% of the nutrients of rice. However, with the refinement of rice, these nutrients are lost in vain and have not been utilized by people. The United Nations Industrial Organization calls rice bran and rice embryo an underutilized source of God-given nutrients. Only 1kg of rice oil can be obtained for every 150kg of rice, which is extremely rare and precious! Rice oil originated in Japan. It is precisely because of the Japanese people’s dedication and innovative spirit in rice that they extract essential nutrients from the rice bran and rice germ to become a healthy cooking oil. In today’s Japan, rice oil is designated by the Japanese Ministry of Health and Welfare as a special cooking oil for nutritious lunches in primary and secondary schools in Japan. Rice oil is one of the three healthy oils recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). Arowana Rice Oil uses advanced production technology to retain the rich nutrients and bioactive substances of rice, especially the unique high content of oryzanol, and is also rich in phytosterols and natural vitamin E (including tocotrienols), with a reasonable and balanced fatty acid ratio. Rich in γ-oryzanol (3000ppm~7000ppm) γ-oryzanol is found in large amounts in rice oil. It is a strong antioxidant and is beneficial to regulating autonomic nerves, calming the nerves, promoting sleep, and relieving fatigue. It can help urban people improve their sub-health status through daily diet. Rich in phytosterols (≧8000ppm) Phytosterols can reduce the body's absorption of cholesterol and are beneficial to cardiovascular health. Rich in natural vitamin E (including tocotrienols, 30 mg per 100g). Tocotrienol is a natural antioxidant that can help eliminate free radicals. It can also reduce blood cholesterol levels and maintain nervous system balance. Reasonable balance of fatty acids Rice oil is not only a nutritious edible oil, but also a natural healthy oil. Among the fatty acids contained in rice oil, saturated fatty acids account for 15%-20% and unsaturated fatty acids account for 80%-85%. Among them, linoleic acid content is 38% and oleic acid is 42%. The ratio is about 1:1.1, which is close to the golden ratio recommended by the World Health Organization. Features of Arowana rice oil: High nutrition, low oil smoke, with a light rice fragrance, refreshing and not greasy. Low oil smoke for high-temperature cooking, stable oil quality, and the dishes maintain their original flavor. The natural antioxidants in rice oil greatly improve the freshness and shelf life of food. It has a clear color, light oil smell and is not greasy. Rice oil has a low melting point and low viscosity, which can reduce the body's absorption of oil. At the same time, rice oil produces less polymers, is suitable for Chinese cooking, and is more convenient for cleaning the kitchen. Rice oil is an ideal cooking oil, very suitable for frying and baking food. Its polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acid structure can stabilize the flavor of food. [1]
