Crystal clear green - fresh jade egg roll
Overview
Yesterday after get off work, I saw that there were no eggs at home, so I took my son to the small supermarket downstairs to buy some. I also bought two carrots, some grapes and a cabbage. Cabbage is called cabbage in our hometown in Shandong. It is probably named after its shape. Some people also call it cabbage, so there is a famous dish called hand-shredded cabbage. But I remember that I had seen dishes made by blanching cabbage and then making the skin. I even seemed to have tried it in the past two years. However, my kitchen experience was not good at that time, so both the production and the final picture were always not beautiful enough. Well, today I’m going to share a fresh and refreshing dish that looks very eye-catching – Jade Egg Roll.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Raw materials standby
-
Wash and beat the eggs and set aside
-
After the pan is heated, pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil
-
Spread the egg liquid into an egg pancake
-
You can boil a pot of water before spreading the egg cake. When the egg cake is spread out and the water is boiling, add the washed cabbage leaves to the water and blanch them
-
Quickly take it out and put it in cold water. Of course, it is better to put it in ice water, and the color will be more green
-
After frying the two omelettes, continue frying the bacon. There is no need to add any more oil. The bacon itself will be oily when it is heated
-
Remove the water from the cabbage leaves, cut off the excess thick ribs protruding from the middle, lay it on the bottom, put the egg pancake on it, and then put bacon and cucumber strips on top, roll it up like sushi. Of course, you can roll it up without a rolling curtain (I didn’t use it)
-
Cut the rolled egg roll into sections
-
Just put it on a plate and eat it. Because there is only one piece of bacon, the taste may be a little bland, so I prepared a little tomato sauce for easy dipping
