Soak the mushroom roots overnight and then slice them. Heat the peanuts in the microwave for 3 minutes and then remove the layers. Cut the beef into cubes. Chop ginger and garlic and set aside

Heat the pot, pour in a little oil and sauté the diced pork until fragrant and set aside
