Boil a pot of water. After the water boils, put the king oyster mushrooms in and blanch them for 1-2 minutes, then take them out.

-
Take a small bowl and mix abalone juice, stock (or water), 2 drops of dark soy sauce, and sugar evenly.
-
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok, add king oyster mushrooms and pour in the prepared abalone sauce.
-
Simmer over low heat until the king oyster mushrooms become soft but there is still abalone soup in the pot.
-
Arrange the broccoli on the edge of the plate first.
-
Arrange the king oyster mushroom slices one by one.
-
Finally, add water starch (2 tablespoons cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water) to the remaining soup in the pot to thicken it, and pour the thick soup over it.
