Soak gelatine powder in cold water

Add appropriate amount of milk and melt in insulated water

Use a whisk to beat the whipping cream➕sugar until it is textured and not flowing

Add the melted gelatine powder to the mango puree and stir evenly

Then add in the light cream and stir evenly to make a mango mousse paste

Wrap a layer of plastic wrap under an eight-inch cake mold, put in a layer of cake ➕ a layer of mango mousse paste ➕ a layer of cake ➕ a layer of mango mousse paste

Cover the top with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 4 hours or overnight

Take it out and apply it with a hot towel or blow it with a hair dryer to remove the mold easily
