Overview
At home, I only have the base of the wings but not the center of the wings. Anyway, the taste is almost the same, so I just ordered it.

Wash the wing roots, blanch them in boiling water for a while, drain and set aside.

Cut off the dried chilies, and chop the onions, garlic, and ginger. Heat the wok with a little salad oil, add the above ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant, add the wing roots and stir-fry until the skin is slightly brown.

Add cooking wine and stir-fry, then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and cola. After the fire comes to a boil, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for about 20 minutes until cooked, and finally reduce the juice over high heat.
