Homemade chicken popcorn

Homemade chicken popcorn

Overview

I originally had the materials ready to do after get off work. As a result, I was so tired that I fell asleep when I got home - it seemed to be ten o'clock when I made it... It was the first time I made it, and it tasted pretty good when I ate it. That's right, I didn't control the heat well and the chicken was a bit old.

  2. Coat it with a layer of flour (someone is too lazy to put a lot of pieces in at once, shake the small basin and it’s coated~);

  4. Put the muscle pieces wrapped in egg liquid into the bread crumbs, shake the small basin, and it will be "round" and weighed (it means that if there is no bread crumbs, it will be the same as drying the steamed buns and crumbling them yourself);

  6. If you make too much, stop and freeze the dough in the refrigerator. Take it out when you want to eat it. 0.0

  7. The good-looking ones and the ones of about the same size were all put away and frozen. Well, I fried it for myself in the end. It can basically be regarded as a defective product... I didn’t take a picture when it was fried because I forgot about it once it was hot. Use your own "big spoon" (wok) for the oil pan. Just pour enough oil to cover the chicken balls. It's fried and tastes pretty good. Let’s just eat →_→
