  1. Wash the soybeans and drain off the water.

  2. Peel off the outer layer of watermelon rind and cut into strips.

  3. Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and water starch to the diced meat and mix well.

  4. Cut some fat into the pot, add the soybeans and stir-fry over low heat.
