Wash and dice the king oyster mushrooms.

The tender beef you bought is also cut into large pieces. I bought the kind that is cut directly. Add cooking wine, shredded ginger, black peppercorns, and soy sauce and mix well.

Prepare a little minced ginger, minced garlic, cut red pepper into pieces, and cut green onion into sections.

Marinate and mix the tender meat powder in the beef for 15 minutes in advance. Heat the oil in the pot. You can put more oil in the stone pot for stir-frying the beef. Pour the beef into the hot oil and stir-fry until it is tender and remove.
