Put all the main ingredients into the bread machine except butter, and mix the dough for 20 minutes. Add butter and mix for 20 to 25 minutes until it is fully expanded. 2. Low-temperature fermentation process: You can check it yourself after fermenting for about 70 minutes. When it is done, take it out, divide it into four parts, roll it into balls, and let it rest for 15 minutes. 3. When it is resting, prepare the buttery and creamy sesame sauce to be wrapped in. Melt the butter, add other ingredients and mix well. 4. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a shape of beef tongue. Turn it over and spread one-fourth part of the sesame sauce evenly on two-thirds of the dough. Then fold the un-sauceed third part first like a quilt, and then fold it on the other side. Use a rolling pin to roll the three-folded dough out again, flatten one end, and roll it up from the other end.

After all four doughs are shaped, put them into the bread machine and ferment normally until they are eighty percent full. Brush with an appropriate amount of egg liquid, adjust the baking color to light, and bake for forty minutes.
