Overview
Tofu is quite nutritious, rich in a variety of trace elements and high-quality protein. It is known as plant-based meat, and its cooking methods are also very diverse. Prepare the required ingredients: tofu, minced green onion and ginger, chopped bean paste

Take out the tofu and set aside

Pour oil into the pot and turn on low heat
