Wash the tofu and cut into small cubes.

Cut green onions into finely chopped green onions.

Heat the oil in the pan. After the pan is hot, pour in the Pixian bean paste and soybean paste and stir-fry until the red oil comes out.

Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry

Add covered tofu. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat.
