Slice ginger, garlic, and sausage separately

Remove the heads and tails from the green beans, wash and cut into approximately 4cm segments

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil, add beans and cook over high heat for 20 seconds, then drain out the water

Heat up the oil pan, fry the sausage over low heat until fragrant, then pour out the oil to control it

Add the ginger slices and garlic slices to the pot and saute until fragrant
